Experience is good - but not everything
Initial experience in one of our core industries is certainly a good prerequisite for a successful start at PLI, but not absolutely necessary. We are sure that after a short time you will have become familiar with our business areas and will quickly be enthusiastic about contributing to the success of our company.
We need your complete application documents. This includes: a cover letter, your CV in tabular form, relevant certificates and proof of qualifications.

We love digital
We want to give your application the best possible consideration. To make our work a little easier, we would like to ask you to use our PLI career portal exclusively. You will also find application tips there. Unfortunately, e-mail applications cannot be considered for organizational reasons.
The way of your application
Once we have received your application via our online job portal, we will send you a confirmation. Depending on the position you are applying for, you will then have interviews with the relevant specialist department. You can also find the entire path of your applications here.
Get off to a good start
As a rule, this is the first day of the following month at the earliest. The actual start date will be agreed upon individually between the department posting the job and the selected applicant.
Just in time
You will receive the confirmation of receipt immediately. You will receive the answer after the application has passed through various personnel and specialist departments. Something like this takes time. But we do our best to keep it as short as possible.

Interview
If you have convinced us with your profile, you will receive an invitation to an initial interview. The aim of this interview is to get to know each other. We take the opportunity to learn more about you and you have the opportunity to learn more about the advertised position. After this interview, we will get back to you within two weeks.
